SOLIDSURFACE fabrication is Trendgosa’s new division to our manufacturing services.

Using the best high tech surface materials and thermoformer capabilities, Trendgosa SOLIDSURFACE is limitless with its design and application. It is extremely versatile and can be applied indoor and outdoor for residential, commercial and public environments. Made from high performance acrylic resin and natural minerals, it comes in a range of solid and translucent colours and has the ability to be thermoformed into moulds to create objects of design and functionality.

PERFORMANCE

SolidSurface is an alternative nonporous surface material made from natural minerals and acrylic binders which are thermoformed into moulds to create flexible and seamless 2D/3D designs applied to kitchens, bathrooms, cladding, furniture, office space and outdoor areas for your commercial or residential installation.

SolidSurface is extremely durable and resistant to stains and harsh chemicals. Where there is damage to the surface by wear and tear, this can usually be restored on site without the material being replaced.

Sealing is not required due to the nonporous and nonabsorbent quality of the materials used therefore reducing the risk of infection, making it perfect for health care, food services and public places.

Joins are integrated seamlessly removing the risk of mould and bacteria growth infiltrating cracks and can be simply maintained with warm water and soap removing the need for harsh chemicals.

Make a statement with stunning surfaces resembling marble and stone, accent your room with solid colour surfaces or transform your design into a dramatic space with backlit transparent shades. The endless colour range can be transformed into wood or metal moulds and is a perfect complement to other materials like glass and stone.

Waste and energy consumption is limited as we are required to adhere to strict production standards. Our suppliers Corian® Staron® Hi Macs® are GREEN GUARD Indoor air quality certified® for producing low VOC emissions and are GREEN TAG certified®.
