COVID -19

Trendgosa is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all our staff and visitors. To ensure that, we have developed the following COVID-19 Safe Plan. All managers, supervisors and staff are responsible for the implementation of this plan and a combined effort will help contain the spread of the virus. Please see attached.

Action Plan in response to a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 case

This details our procedure to be followed in the event staff suspect they have symptoms of Covid-19 before attending the workplace

1.     If staff suspect they have symptoms of Covid-19 before attending the workplace, they are to stay home and advise Trendgosa.

2.     Ensure you get tested and remain in isolation till test results are received.

3.     Trendgosa management are to be advised if results are positive so deep cleaning can commence at the workplace.

4.     If test result is negative, proof of result is required for return to work.

This details our procedure to be followed in the event if we suspect someone developing the signs and symptoms of COVID-19 or has been exposed to the virus while in the workplace.

1.     Immediately isolate the person from others and ensure they are wearing a mask.

2.    Call DHHS Covid-19 dedicated hotline and follow advice of public health officials.

3.     Ensure the person has transport to their home or medical facility to get tested and remain in isolation.

4.     Notify staff of confirmed or suspected case and prepare for site closure and deep cleaning.

5.     Notify Worksafe Victoria of confirmed or suspected case

6.     Engage a certified cleaning contractor to deep clean the affected areas where the person has been in contact, wearing appropriate
PPE.

7.     Identify those who have been in close contact and when instructed by public health officials, advise them of the exposure and follow
quarantine advice.

8.     Review any further risks and where necessary change work environment.

9.     Confirm workplace can safely re-open and staff can return to work
